  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 1/8 to 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 (4.5 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms (optional)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    In a large saucepan, brown hamburger and diced onion; drain off fat.

    Add the tomato soup with two cans water.

    Add the rest of the ingredients.

    Simmer over low heat, uncovered, two to three hours, until desired thickness.
