- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 c. onions
- 1 Tbsp. basil
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 c. chopped celery
- salt to taste
- pinch of sugar
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- garlic
Directions

1Saute onions, garlic and celery in olive oil.

2Brown ground meat; add tomato sauce and paste.

3Stir sauce until it comes to a hard boil.

4Add as much water as tomato sauce and paste.

5Bring to a boil again and then let it simmer until it is cooked.
