Spaghetti Sauce

  • 1 (32 oz.) jar any brand prepared spaghetti sauce
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • 1 lb. pork sausage
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lb. sweet Italian sausage
  • 8 oz. sliced mushrooms
  • 1 large Vidalia onion
  • 1/4 tsp. each: garlic powder, oregano, sweet basil, onion powder, dill weed, marjoram, salt, pepper, paprika, coriander and sugar

    Brown all meats together in skillet until done; drain off half the fat.

    Pour all sauces into large pot.

    Crumble meat into sauces.

    Add reserved fat.

    Add drained mushrooms, diced onion and all spices.

    Stir with wire whisk until mixed.

    Cover; cook on low heat for 8 hours.

    Chill in refrigerator overnight.

    Reheat on low until heated through.

    Serve over pasta.
