- 1 (32 oz.) jar any brand prepared spaghetti sauce
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 1 lb. pork sausage
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. sweet Italian sausage
- 8 oz. sliced mushrooms
- 1 large Vidalia onion
- 1/4 tsp. each: garlic powder, oregano, sweet basil, onion powder, dill weed, marjoram, salt, pepper, paprika, coriander and sugar
Directions

1Brown all meats together in skillet until done; drain off half the fat.

2Pour all sauces into large pot.

3Crumble meat into sauces.

4Add reserved fat.

5Add drained mushrooms, diced onion and all spices.

6Stir with wire whisk until mixed.

7Cover; cook on low heat for 8 hours.

8Chill in refrigerator overnight.

9Reheat on low until heated through.

10Serve over pasta.
