  • 30 - 35 c. tomato juice
  • 4 - 5 (12 oz.) cans tomato paste
  • 2/3 c. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 1/2 - 3 c. oil
  • 2 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 3 - 4 large green peppers, chopped
  • 4 - 5 large onions, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. each: Italian seasoning, basil, oregano, parsley
  • 12 cloves garlic, minced
