  • 1 bushel tomatoes
  • 2 whole garlic
  • 5 lb. onions
  • 8 (12 oz.) cans tomato paste
  • 2 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. oregano
  • 4 hot peppers
  • 1 1/2 pt. oil
  • 1 c. salt
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. parsley flakes

Directions

    Make the tomatoes into juice.

    In a quart or so of juice, cook the garlic, hot peppers and onion, then run in blender.

    Now put all this in the rest of the juice with the rest of the ingredients, except tomato paste.

    Cook for 2 hours.
