- 1 small can tomato paste
- tomato paste can filled with water
- 1 regular-size tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 3 garlic cloves, finely diced
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- oregano to taste
- basil to taste
Directions

1Saute garlic in oil in large skillet, or small Dutch oven pan. Add paste, water, sauce and seasonings and mix well.

2Simmer 4 hours for best taste, adding water if sauce gets too thick.

3Or can be used after simmering for minimum of 1/2 hour.

4Use more of seasonings for personal taste.
