- 1 large onion, minced
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 large can tomatoes, chopped up
- several stalks celery, diced
- 1/2 green pepper, diced
- 1/2 sweet red pepper, diced
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- garlic powder to taste or 1/4 tsp.
Directions

1Brown meat in frypan, breaking it up as it fries.

4Slowly bring to boil, then turn to simmer for about 2 hours.
