Ingredients

  • 1 chopped bell pepper
  • 2 pods minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. dried parsley or 2 Tbsp. fresh
  • 3 medium onions, chopped
  • 1 lb. ground round
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 small bottle catsup
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c. fresh mushrooms, quartered
  • grated sharp cheese

Directions

    Saute pepper, garlic, parsley and onions until onion is transparent in olive oil or vegetable oil.

    Add ground round and cook until brown.

    Add other ingredients and simmer until done. Serve over spaghetti sprinkled with sharp grated cheese.
