Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bulk Italian sausage (we prefer hot)
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. chopped green pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 28 oz. can tomatoes
  • 6 oz. can tomato paste
  • can tomato sauce (use small can if you like thick sauce, a large can for thinner sauce)
  • 1 tsp. basil leaves
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano leaves

    Brown sausage, onion, green pepper and garlic; drain.
