Ingredients

  • 2 cans (1 lb. 13 oz.) crushed tomatoes (Italian)
  • 1 (1 lb. 13 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
  • mushrooms (if you like)
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • dash of salt and pepper
  • 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder, garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 6 Italian sausage links

Directions

    Fry ground beef and cut up Italian sausage into pieces and fry until cooked.

    Add to sauce.

    Cover and simmer for at least 1 1/2 hours.

    Add seasonings.

    I season to taste.
