Ingredients
- 2 lb. Ground Beef
- 1 large Onion
- 1 Green Pepper seeded and
- chopped
- 3 stalks Celery, chopped
- 1 Clove Garlic, chopped
- 1 large can pear-shaped Tomatoes
- 1 small can Tomato Paste
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Chili Powder, Tabasco sauce and/or Oregano
- Oil
Directions

1Saute Onion, Garlic and Green Pepper until soft.

2Add all other ingredients except beef and simmer together for 3 hours, stirring occasionally.

3Brown beef slightly in another pan and add to Tomato Sauce.

4Simmer for another hour.

5Serve over al dente Spaghetti.

6The sauce can be frozen.
