Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. Ground Beef
  • 1 large Onion
  • 1 Green Pepper seeded and
  • chopped
  • 3 stalks Celery, chopped
  • 1 Clove Garlic, chopped
  • 1 large can pear-shaped Tomatoes
  • 1 small can Tomato Paste
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Chili Powder, Tabasco sauce and/or Oregano
  • Oil

Directions

    Saute Onion, Garlic and Green Pepper until soft.

    Add all other ingredients except beef and simmer together for 3 hours, stirring occasionally.

    Brown beef slightly in another pan and add to Tomato Sauce.

    Simmer for another hour.

    Serve over al dente Spaghetti.

    The sauce can be frozen.
