- 2 garlic heads
- 1 12 cups sugar
- 12 cup salt
- 48 ounces tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons oregano
- 2 tablespoons basil
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- 6 bay leaves
Directions

1Cook Tomatoes and put through Colender.

2Boil Tomato Juice and all other Ingrediants for 1 hour stirring constantly.

3Remove Bay Leaves.

4Put in Jars and Water Bath for 15 Minutes.
