- 1 lb ground beef
- 12 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves
- 28 ounces petite diced tomatoes
- 6 ounces tomato paste
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 1 bay leaf
- 12 teaspoon basil
- 12 teaspoon oregano
- 12 teaspoon marjoram
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 12 cups water
- 1 lb cooked spaghetti
Directions

1Brown ground beef, drain.

2Saute onoion till soft.

3Add garlic cook 30 seconds.

4Add all ingredients to large dutch oven.

5Bring to boil, then reduce to simmer on low heat.

6Cook partially covered 1 1/2 hours.

7Uncover and simmmer 1 hour or till thickened, stirring occationally.

8Remove bay leaf.

9Serve over 1 pound cooked spaghetti.
