- 1 medium spaghetti squash
- 2 to 3 medium apples
- 2 bananas
- 2 oranges or tangerines
- 1 can fruit cocktail in light syrup
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 small box pistachio pudding mix (may use sugar-free)
- 1 c. milk
- mini marshmallows
Directions

1Cut spaghetti squash in half lengthwise.

2Take out seeds. Place squash face down in baking pan with small amount of water. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until semi-soft.

3Allow to cool in refrigerator overnight.

4Scoop out pulp and put into bowl.
