Ingredients

  • 1 medium spaghetti squash
  • 2 to 3 medium apples
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 oranges or tangerines
  • 1 can fruit cocktail in light syrup
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 small box pistachio pudding mix (may use sugar-free)
  • 1 c. milk
  • mini marshmallows

Directions

    Cut spaghetti squash in half lengthwise.

    Take out seeds. Place squash face down in baking pan with small amount of water. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until semi-soft.

    Allow to cool in refrigerator overnight.

    Scoop out pulp and put into bowl.
