  • 1 spaghetti squash (2-3/4 lb./1.2 kg), cut lengthwise in half, seeded
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh sage
  • 1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Shaved Cheese

    Place squash, cut sides down, in microwaveable dish.

    Add enough water to dish to fill to 1-inch depth.

    or until squash can easily be pierced with fork.

    or until squash is cool enough to handle.

    Meanwhile, melt butter in small saucepan on medium-low heat.

    Add garlic; cook 3 min.

    or until lightly browned, stirring occasionally.

    Stir in bacon and sage.

    Use fork to scrape squash flesh into spaghetti-like strands; place in medium bowl.
