Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2/3 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c. Romano cheese
  • 1/2 lb. cooked Italian spaghetti
  • 1 c. shrimp (canned, fresh or frozen shrimp)

Directions

    Saute onion, celery, garlic, two cheeses and mushrooms in butter until tender.

    Add tomato sauce and seasonings.

    Add shrimp.

    Simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Add 1 tomato sauce can of water if too thick.

    Pour mixture over cooked spaghetti.
