- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 c. cooked spaghetti
- fresh grated low-fat cheese
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 (3 c.) diced broiled chicken breast
- 2 cans tomato paste
- 1 can tomato sauce
Directions

1Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, then add onions, garlic and green pepper.

2Reduce heat to medium and saute until onions are melted (about 5 minutes).

3Reduce heat to simmer.

4Add chicken breasts, tomato paste and tomato sauce.

5Simmer about 7 to 10 minutes.

6Stir in spaghetti and continue to simmer until heated through (1 to 2 minutes).

7Serve hot, sprinkled with low-fat or non-fat cheese.
