  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 pkg low-sodium feta cheese, crumbled
  • 3 cloves (or more) garlic, minced
  • 1 pint half and half
  • Dried basil, oregano and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Cooked spaghetti

Directions

    Saute garlic in butter until soft.

    Add half of cream, most of the feta cheese and some Parmesan cheese.
