- 1 (15 ounce) can corn, drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can cream-style corn
- 1 (8 ounce) box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions

1Combine everything but the cheddar cheese.

2Pour into greased 8-inch casserole.

3Bake at 425° for 45 minutes.

4Top with cheddar and bake and additional 5 min or until cheese is melted.
