- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 3 medium fresh tomatoes, diced
- 1 (4 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 c. grated cheese
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 Tbsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1In frying pan, heat oil; cook garlic until tender.

2Stir in tomatoes, basil and salt.

3Heat through; do not overcook.

4Cook vermicelli, drain and add tomato mixture and cheeses and serve.
