Ingredients: 1 can Spam luncheon meat; 6 to 8 potatoes, sliced; 1/2 tsp. paprika; 1/2 tsp. pepper; 1/2 tsp. thyme; 1/4 tsp. dry mustard; 1 can cream of mushroom soup; 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

6 to 8 potatoes, sliced
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350°. In a greased 2-quart oblong baking dish, arrange a layer of potatoes and a layer of Spam (chopped or cubed). Layer until all are used. Sprinkle on Cheddar cheese. Mix spices with the mushroom soup and spoon over the top. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
