  • 1 box Phyllo Dough
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 c mozzarella
  • 2 sticks of butter, melted
  • dry dill
  • 1/3 package of feta cheese (package)
  • 1 10oz box of spinach, thawed and drain well
  • 1 onion, chopped and sauteed
  • 2 eggs

    1. Saute onions and allow them to cool

    2. Combine all ingredients except butter and phyllo

    3. Butter the phyllo and put moist towel on unused dough

    4. Take other piece of phyllo and butter that. Put on top of other phyllo

    5. Put 5 tsps fuill of stuffing on sheet

    6. Cut four strips and fold each piece into flags

    7. Butter the top and place on Pyrex (which should be spayed with SPAM)

    8. Cook at 375 degrees until golden brown (about 20 minutes)
