- 1 1/2 c mozzarella
- 2 sticks of butter, melted
- dry dill
- 1/3 package of feta cheese (package)
- 1 10oz box of spinach, thawed and drain well
- 1 onion, chopped and sauteed
- 2 eggs

11. Saute onions and allow them to cool

22. Combine all ingredients except butter and phyllo

33. Butter the phyllo and put moist towel on unused dough

44. Take other piece of phyllo and butter that. Put on top of other phyllo

55. Put 5 tsps fuill of stuffing on sheet

66. Cut four strips and fold each piece into flags

77. Butter the top and place on Pyrex (which should be spayed with SPAM)

88. Cook at 375 degrees until golden brown (about 20 minutes)
