- 1 pkg. phyllo dough (thawed)
- 4 pkg. frozen spinach
- 2 lb. Feta cheese
- 4 tsp. olive oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 sticks butter
Directions

1Cook spinach; drain (squeeze out any moisture).

2Break Feta into spinach.

3Mix 2 teaspoons olive oil and 2 eggs with mixture. Melt 2 sticks butter with 2 teaspoons olive oil. Spray cookie sheet, brush each phyllo with butter/oil mixture.

4Lay 12 sheets of phyllo, spoon mixture on, then continue with 12 remaining sheets of phyllo.

5Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes (until golden brown).

6Cool before cutting.

7Can be served hot as a meal or great cold as an appetizer.
