  • 1 cup onion chopped
  • 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef/chuck
  • 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
  • 1/3 cup chopped parsley
  • 16 sheets filo dough ( frozen food section), thawed
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh dill or 1 tsp. dried dill
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. grated fresh lemon peel
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 lb. feta cheese
  • 2 eggs
