- 7 eggs
- 1 lb. fresh Feta cheese
- 1 onion
- olive oil
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. oregano
- cayenne or black pepper
- 1 lb. filo dough
- Pam spray oil
- salt
Directions

1Wash spinach well; discard stems.

2Tear leaves into small pieces.

3Pat dry.

4Beat eggs, crumble cheese and mix together. Add to spinach.

5Saute chopped onion in olive oil until browned. Add to spinach.

6Season with salt, pepper and oregano to taste.
