- 1 cup butter
- onions cup chopped
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1 quart canned tomatoes
- pepper
- garlic
- salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 6 eggs hard boiled
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs buttered
Directions

1Saute celery and onions in butter until soft.

2Add flour, then tomatoes, seasonings and sugar.

3Cook until thickened.

4Place in casserole and arrange the six eggs (12 halves) on top.

5Cover with buttered crumbs and bake at 425 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
