  • 2 qt. water
  • 1 large ham bone or ham hock with meat
  • 3 pkg. pepperoni (double row)
  • 4 to 5 links smoked sausage, sliced
  • 4 to 5 links kielbasa sausage, sliced
  • 1 to 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp. saffron (to taste)
  • 4 to 5 cans garbanzo beans
  • 7 lb. diced white potatoes

    Start cooking ham bone or hock in 2 quarts water.
