Spanish Casserole

  • 1 can tamales
  • 1 can chili (without beans)
  • 1 c. grated sharp cheese
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 small pkg. Fritos, crushed but not too much

Directions

    Split tamales and lay in bottom of baking dish.

    Save some of the cheese (or add a bit more) for top of mixture.

    I alternate the Fritos too and put quite a few on top.
  4. 4
    Bake for full hour, oven temperatures vary.
