  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius.

    Whisk together the ricotta cheese, eggs, sugar, butter, flour, ground cinnamon, lemon zest, and a pinch of salt.

    Grease a pie tin and pour the batter in, making sure there is no more than 3 inches of batter.

    Bake for 40 minutes until golden. Cool and serve.
