  • 1 fryer
  • bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. olive oil
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 pieces pressed garlic (optional)
  • small onion, cut up fine
  • Season-All

Directions

    Cut up fryer and season with Season-All.

    Mix remaining seasonings and pour mixture over chicken.

    Leave in icebox at least 2 hours or overnight.

    Grease baking dish with some of the mixture poured over chicken.

    Roll chicken in bread crumbs and bake at 350° for about 50 minutes or until done.
