- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 pieces pressed garlic (optional)
- small onion, cut up fine
- Season-All
Directions

1Cut up fryer and season with Season-All.

2Mix remaining seasonings and pour mixture over chicken.

3Leave in icebox at least 2 hours or overnight.

4Grease baking dish with some of the mixture poured over chicken.

5Roll chicken in bread crumbs and bake at 350° for about 50 minutes or until done.
