- 300 grams salt-cured cod (in small pieces if possible)
- 220 grams all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 16 grams baking powder
- 5 garlic cloves
- 1 parsley
- 1 oil for frying
Directions

1Put the cod in water to de-salt it.
