- 3 small ears corn
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes, drained and chopped or 2 large tomatoes, peeled and chopped
- salt
Directions

1Cut corn from cob.

2Saute green pepper and onion in butter until tender but not browned.

3Add corn and tomatoes and bring to a boil.

4Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.

5Season to taste with salt.

6Makes 4 to 6 servings.
