- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
- 4 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- sliced banana
- 1 9 inch pie shell, baked
Directions

1Combine milk, sugar, salt and cornstarch in a saucepan and cook until thick.

2Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites and 1 t vanilla.

3Let cool.

4Pour into baked pie shell.

5Place sliced bananas on top, then finish off with cool whip topping or whipped cream.
