Ingredients

  • 3/4 to 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can refried beans
  • 8 oz. tomato sauce
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix (Lawry's)
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • cheese
  • 8 oz. sour cream

Directions

    Brown meat and onion; add remaining ingredients and simmer. Put in pie plate and sprinkle 1/2 pound grated cheese.

    Heat at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.

    Remove and top with sour cream and 1/2 pound cheese.

    Return to oven for 5 minutes until cheese melts. Serve with chips or soft tortillas.
