- 1 medium eggplant, pared and cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
Directions

1Boil eggplant and onion until very tender.

2Drain and mash. Place in greased baking dish.

3Add remaining ingredients.

4Salt and pepper to taste.
