  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 c. orange juice
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 pkg. lemon instant pudding mix

Directions

    Blend all ingredients in a large bowl.

    Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.

    Spread batter in a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.

    Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes or until center springs back when touched lightly.

    Cool right side up for about 15 minutes, then remove from pan.
