- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
- 1/4 lb. cheese, cubed
- 1 c. macaroni, cooked
- bread crumbs
Directions

1Saute onion and green pepper in margarine in skillet until tender.

2Add next 3 ingredients.

3Cook, stirring, until ground beef is brown and crumbly.

4Add soup, cheese and macaroni; mix well.

5Place in a baking dish.

6Top with bread crumbs.

7Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
