- 3 1/2 or 4 lb. cooked pork (Boston Butt is good)
- 1 large bell pepper, cut in strips
- 1 large onion, sliced in rings
- 1 large bottle catsup
- broth (reserved from pork)
- salt to taste
Directions

1Cut pork into bite-size pieces and layer in casserole dish 1/2 of pork, then 1/2 of pepper strips, then 1/2 of onion rings.

2Dot with 1/2 of catsup.

3Repeat, using remaining half.

4Salt to taste. Pour pork broth over this, barely covering meat, etc.

5Bake at 400° for about 1/2 hour uncovered.

6Keep mashing down onion tips and pepper tips so they won't burn.
