- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. milk
- 1 medium onion
- 1 potato, peeled and in 1-inch cubes
Directions

1Saute potato in 1/4 cup oil until lightly browned and tender. Remove and leave a little oil to saute the onion.
