  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sweet peas (canned)
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 potato, peeled and in 1-inch cubes

Directions

    Saute potato in 1/4 cup oil until lightly browned and tender. Remove and leave a little oil to saute the onion.

    Beat eggs with the baking powder and add salt and pepper.
