- 1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 diced green pepper
- dash of pepper
- 2 whole cloves
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 6 Tbsp. water
- mushrooms, sliced
Directions

1Saute onions until tender, then add all remaining ingredients, except flour and water.

2Cover and simmer 30 minutes.

3Thicken with flour, mixed to smooth paste with the water.

4Remove bay leaf and cloves.
