- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 spanish onions
- 3 eggs
- salt
Directions

1Add the oil to a skillet on medium heat. Add the onions and saute for 8 minutes until softened.

2Add the onions to a bowl and add the eggs and a pinch of salt. Mix well.

3Add the egg mixture to skillet on medium heat. Allow the egg to set, about 5 minutes. Flip the omelet and cook for another 5 minutes.
