- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 green pepper
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 small jar olives
- 4 small boxes raisins
- 3/4 c. olive oil
Directions

1Chop the onion, pepper and garlic.

2Fry in olive oil about 5 minutes. Add meat. Stir and cook good for 10 minutes. Add sauce, raisins, olives and tomatoes.

3Cook on low heat 40 minutes, covered.

4Serve over rice!
