  • 4 pork chops
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 c. rice
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 large green pepper, finely diced
  • 2 cans tomato sauce
  • 2 cans water

Directions

    Salt and pepper the pork chops.

    Coat with flour.

    Brown in hot oil.

    Place in a baking dish.

    Add rice, green pepper, onion, tomato sauce and water.
