Spanish Pork Chops

  • 6 loin pork chops
  • 2 sliced onions
  • 1 chopped green pepper
  • 1 can pimentos (with juice)
  • 1/2 (No. 2) can tomatoes
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 c. rice, cooked

Directions

    Brown chops in pan with 1 tablespoon of salt and place in a casserole.

    Mix the sliced onions, green pepper, pimentos, canned tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper.

    Place the cooked rice over the casserole.

    Cover and simmer on stove for 2 hours at 350°.
