Spanish Pork Chops

- 4 to 6 center cut pork chops
- 1 box beef Rice-A-Roni
- 1 regular size can stewed tomatoes
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Slowly brown pork chops in a large skillet (electric skillet is fine) until they are nicely browned.

2Remove chops and set aside.

3Keep some of the drippings in the skillet and brown the contents of the box of beef Rice-A-Roni until light golden in color.

4Add stewed tomatoes and water to the Rice-A-Roni in the skillet.

5Add the browned pork chops to the mixture and cover the skillet with a lid.

6Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes (with the lid on).

7Serves 4 to 6.
