Spanish Pork Chops

  • 4 to 6 center cut pork chops
  • 1 box beef Rice-A-Roni
  • 1 regular size can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 c. water

Directions

    Slowly brown pork chops in a large skillet (electric skillet is fine) until they are nicely browned.

    Remove chops and set aside.

    Keep some of the drippings in the skillet and brown the contents of the box of beef Rice-A-Roni until light golden in color.

    Add stewed tomatoes and water to the Rice-A-Roni in the skillet.

    Add the browned pork chops to the mixture and cover the skillet with a lid.

    Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes (with the lid on).

    Serves 4 to 6.
