- 2 c. rice
- 1 green pepper, cut in strips
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 4 to 5 c. hot water
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- handful of peas
- 3 to 4 Tbsp. oil
- 1 carrot, cut in thin strips
Directions

1Brown rice in oil.

2Add onion and tomatoes and continue to saute.

3Add vegetables and pour hot water on rice.

4Let cook on medium heat until done (20 to 25 minutes).

5Add salt to taste.
