  • 1 c. chopped celery with leaves
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1/3 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 1 c. uncooked rice
  • 1/2 c. sliced olives or 1/3 c. sunflower seeds
  • 1/8 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
