- 15 oz. extra lean ground beef or ground turkey
- 1 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 1/2 c. diced green pepper
- 3 c. stewed tomatoes (undrained)
- 1 c. uncooked brown rice
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 c. fat-skimmed beef broth
Directions

1Cook ground meat, onion and green pepper until meat is brown and vegetables are tender.

2Drain on paper towel.

3Return to skillet; add remaining ingredients and simmer 40 to 45 minutes or until rice is cooked.
