  • 1 can tomato juice
  • 1 1/2 c. rice
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • margarine

Directions

    Pour tomato juice in large pot.

    Add rice; dice and cook onion and bell pepper in margarine until tender.

    Add hamburger when rice is done and simmer 20 minutes.

    Serve with nachos and cheese.
