- 1 can tomato juice
- 1 1/2 c. rice
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 medium onion
- 1 bell pepper
- margarine
Directions

1Pour tomato juice in large pot.

2Add rice; dice and cook onion and bell pepper in margarine until tender.

3Add hamburger when rice is done and simmer 20 minutes.

4Serve with nachos and cheese.
