  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 lb. hamburg
  • 5 c. water
  • 2 c. rice
  • 1 (1 lb.) can tomato puree

Directions

    Saute green pepper and onion with hamburger in frypan.

    Drain grease.

    In separate saucepan, boil water and rice with salt until done.

    Mix together rice, hamburger, pepper and onion.

    Add tomato puree, salt and pepper to taste.

    Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes.
