- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 lb. hamburg
- 5 c. water
- 2 c. rice
- 1 (1 lb.) can tomato puree
Directions

1Saute green pepper and onion with hamburger in frypan.

2Drain grease.

3In separate saucepan, boil water and rice with salt until done.

4Mix together rice, hamburger, pepper and onion.

5Add tomato puree, salt and pepper to taste.

6Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes.
